On 15 October 2024, at 9:00 a.m., the ASEAN Federation of Land Surveying and Geomatics (AFLAG) paid a courtesy visit to the Office of the Sabah State Government Secretary, YB Datuk Seri Panglima Sr. Haji Safar bin Untong, who is also a Licensed Land Surveyor and a former AFLAG Council Member.
The delegation comprised 13 AFLAG Council Members and 2 members of the AFLAG Secretariat. The visit was held in conjunction with the 90th AFLAG Council Meeting in Sabah and aimed to strengthen ties and foster future collaboration between AFLAG and the State Government of Sabah.
